Where do you ship?
At this time, I can only ship to the contagious United States. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Where are you locted?
I am located in North Eastern USA.
Can I pick up my order to avoid shipping?
Unfortunately no. At this time I only offer shipping.
When will my order ship?
Customs orders via my website ship within 3-5 business days.
General
Do you accept returns/refunds?
Due to the nature of my work, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If you have a problem with your order, please contact me and I will try my best to make it right within my policy requirements.
Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, I do not offer payment plans, however this may be an option in the future.
Do you offer repairs?
At this time, I do not offer repairs as I do not have enough experience with them. Please send your model to a reputable repair artist if needed. I apologize for the inconvenience,

What brands of commissions do you do?
Breyer, Stone and artist resin model are preferred.
What finishes do you offer?
matte - no shine at all
satin - some shine - closest to Breyer’s “matte” finish.
glossy- shiny finish
What size commissions do you do?
I do commissions of about 1:32 scale to 1:9 scale. I use Breyer terms and measurements for reference as I have the most experience with this brand. If you are looking for a commission of another brand/resin, please choose the scale size in accordance to Breyer. If you scale size is not not listed, please use the “contact me” form to get a personalized quote for other sizes.
What types of commissions do you do?
Portrait - "direct copy” - I will try my best to get every detail to match the real-life horse. Many pictures are needed to create the most accurate piece.
Perfect for memorials, movie/book dioramas, or gifts for the special horse owner in your life.
Inspired/Buyer’s Choice - you submit a variety of photos/descriptions to use as a references for a desired result. I will take the overall “feel” and aspects from each photo to create a one of a kind piece inspired by you.
Perfect for “I want a general color/pattern/breed, but need it to be picture-specific.” Great for any horse lover , multi-purpose use, or filling a showing void.
Artist’s Choice - you decide the scale and a few small details if you want such as type (e.g.. draft, stock, spanish, etc.) or color range (dark, medium, light) or pattern (solid, dapples, palomino) and I use creative freedom to design a one of a kind piece!
Perfect for anyone who likes surprises, wants a commission piece without having to decide every little detail, or loves one aspect of horses (color, type, etc.), but wants a bit still wants fun of a surprise.

Quotes are good for 3 months. I am constantly developing my skills and my prices are subject to change as my skill set and quality of work improves. Thank you for understanding.
