Commission Terms & Conditions
-the base/starting price is required as a deposit through Square pay (purchased on website) or via PayPal (purchased through “contact me” form) prior to beginning. This will cover the cost of prep, supplies, and to ensure only serious inquiries are submitted. Deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from final amount due.
-the remaining cost, as specified to buyer prior to beginning the commission and any changes disclosed to buyer prior to final payment request, is expected through PayPal once service is completed and prior to shipping. Photos will be provided to buyer prior to final payment to confirm service is completed and satisfactory. If buyer fails to provide full payment including shipping within 30 days of completed photos being approved by buyer, they waive all rights to the model, and seller assumes all rights and possession.
-I cannot guarantee completion by a specific date.
-buyer is responsible for shipping model to seller, full payment for service, as well as shipping back to buyer, therefore buyer will select preferred shipping method.
-seller will consider, but not guarantee any and all change requests from buyer.
-if changes are accepted, buyer understands final price may be adjusted to accommodate said changes (buyer will be informed of price change prior to requested work being done to confirm any adjustments on final price).
-buyer understands all sales are final and no returns/refunds will be accepted.
-if buyer fails to provide final payment or payment for shipping, they waive all rights to the model, and seller assumes all rights and possession.
-buyer understands that once the model is shipped, seller cannot be held responsible for anything that happens in transit, including, but not limited to; damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Commission Work
Commissions are paint and basic sculpting only at this time, as I am still developing my sculpting skills. “Basic sculpting” is described as moving the air hole on traditional models, adding genitalia without needing to remove existing genitalia (such as making a mare into a stallion or adding genitalia to a “clean” stablemate. Basic prep is expected and included in the commission pricing. If advanced prep is required, an adjusted cost will be discussed and invoiced to the buyer prior to beginning work.
Please remember these are hand-painted and while I try my best to create a flawless piece, some bumps/brushstrokes etc. may be found.
I cannot guarantee completion by a specific date. It takes many layers with at least 24 hours of drying time in between coats to build up the rich, realistic color needed to produce a beautiful piece.
My goal is to be completely transparent with my customers allowing us to build a strong, trusting, long-term relationship. We will be in contact throughout the customizing process and I will inform you of any issues that come up and seek your input on decisions relating to your horse.
